Seattle Townhouse is a 20 unit townhouse development located on the shores of Lake Union in Seattle. Serving as leading in-house designer, Keegan chose a contemporary mix of rich wood grains and earthy textures to create a neutral backdrop for new homeowners’ unique and individual tastes. Clean lines and rich details create a sense of warmth and elegance. Each unit boasts a private elevator, rooftop deck with views of the Olympic Mountains and downtown Seattle. A favorite Keegan signature is the hint of shimmer from the metal thread in the drapery sheers that catch and reflect light for a hint of opulence.
